福岡リート投資法人が第16期（平成24年8月期）決算を発表した。第16期はレジデンス2棟を取得。これによる賃貸収入が寄与する一方、キャナルシティ博多の一部リニューアルに伴う減収及び固都税の増加等により、前期比2.6%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,193円となった。第17期（平成25年2月期）は、キャナルシティ博多リニューアル終了による増収を見込む一方、減価償却費及び修繕費の増加により、1口当たり分配金は16,200円と前期と同水準となる見通し。続く第18期（平成25年8月期）1口当たり分配金も16,200円となる見通し。
