福岡リート投資法人が第15期（平成24年2月期）決算を発表した。第15期における物件取得はなし。支払利息が減少する一方、キャナルシティ博多のリニューアルに伴うテナント退去等により、前期比1.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,621円となった。第16期（平成24年8月期）は、レジデンス2棟を取得。これにより増収を見込む一方、キャナルシティ博多の追加取得に伴う固都税増加等により、3.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,000円となる見通し。続く第17期（平成25年2月期）は、リニューアル工事完了に伴う増収を見込み、0.7%増益、1口当たり分配金は16,100円となる見通し。
