福岡リート投資法人が第14期（平成23年8月期）決算を発表した。第14期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、キャナルシティ博多を追加取得した。これにより前期比18%増益、投資口数が15%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は16,922円と前期を2.7%上回った。併せて福岡市のレジデンス2棟計40億円を平成24年3月に取得することを発表した。第15期（平成24年2月期）は、キャナルシティ博多、スクエアモール鹿児島宇宿のリニューアル工事を予定。これに伴う減収及び修繕費計上等により、前期比3.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,300円となる見通し。続く第16期（平成24年8月期）は、レジデンス2棟取得により増収を見込む一方、キャナルシティ博多追加取得に伴う固都税計上等により前期予想比1.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,000円となる見通し。
