福岡リート投資法人が第13期（平成23年2月期）決算を発表した。第13期は物件の取得はなし。営業収益は前期と横ばいだが、修繕費の増加等により前期比2%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,465円となった。第14期（平成23年8月期）は、期初に公募増資とキャナルシティ博多・Bを取得。これに伴い16%増益、投資口数が15%増加するも1口当たり分配金は16,600円と前期を上回る見通し。続く第15期（平成24年2月期）1口当たり分配金は16,300円となる見通し。
