福岡リート投資法人（FRC）が投資口の追加発行を発表した。発行口数は16,000口。調達資金は約90億円を見込み、物件取得資金に充当する。併せてキャナルシティ博多を追加取得することを発表。FRCはキャナルシティ博多を保有するSPCへ優先出資を行うとともに、売買予約契約を締結済であり、これに基づき今回の取得を行使する。これによりFRCはキャナルシティ博多全施設のうち劇場以外を保有することになり、FRCのポートフォリオの50%をキャナルシティ博多が占めることになる。これに伴い第14期（平成23年8月期）業績予想を修正。上記物件取得に伴い従来予想比15%増益となるが、投資口数15%増加により、1口当たり分配金は16,600円と変動はなし。
