福岡リート投資法人が第12期（平成22年8月期）決算を発表。第12期は、キャナルシティ博多に投資するSPCの匿名組合出資持分を追加取得。これにより前期比0.4%増収となる一方、営業外費用の増加等により3.5%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,783円となった。第13期（平成23年2月期）は、修繕費の増加等により4%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,100円となる見通し。続く第14期（平成23年8月期）1口当たり分配金は16,600円となる見通し。
