福岡リート投資法人が第11期（平成22年2月期）決算を発表した。第11期は物件の売買はなし。支払利息が増加する一方、賃貸収益の増加により、1口当たり分配金は17,397円と、前期と同水準となった。第12期（平成22年8月期）は、既に一部保有しているキャナルシティ博多の匿名組合出資持分を追加取得。支払利息の増加等を見込み、前期比4%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,700円となる見通し。続く第13期（平成23年2月期）1口当たり分配金は16,600円となる見通し。
