福岡リート投資法人（FRC）は、キャナルシティ博多を裏付資産とするSPCの優先匿名組合出資持分を追加取得することを発表した。FRCは平成18年2月に同匿名組合出資持分（34億円）を取得しており、今回SPCの借入期限到来に伴いFRCが追加出資（30億円）を行う。なお、FRCはSPCとキャナルシティ博多（SPC持分）の売買予約契約を締結しているが、売買契約の行使期限を平成29年3月迄に延長する。
