福岡リート投資法人が第10期（平成21年8月期）決算を発表した。第10期は、オフィスビル1棟を取得し前期比2.8%増収となる一方、賃貸事業費用及び支払利息の増加等により3.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は17,377円となった。第11期（平成22年2月期）は、リファイナンスに伴う支払利息増等により4.5%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,600円となる見通し。続く第12期（平成22年8月期）1口当たり分配金は16,700円となる見通し。
