福岡リート投資法人が第9期（平成21年2月期）決算を発表した。第9期は物件の取得はなし。賃貸収益の減少等により、前期比1.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は18,049円となった。第10期（平成21年8月期）は1棟取得により2.3%増収を見込む一方、固都税及び支払利息の増加等により7.5%減益、1口当たり分配金は16,700円となる見通し。続く第11期（平成22年2月期）1口当たり分配金は16,500円となる見通し。
