福岡リート投資法人が第8期（平成20年8月期）決算を発表した。第8期は商業施設1棟取得により前期比6%増収となるも、支払利息増等により0.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は18,373円となった。第9期（平成21年2月期）は、物件の取得がないと前期比3%減益、1口当たり分配金は17,800円となる見通し。続く第10期（平成21年8月期）1口当たり分配金は17,000円となる見通し。
