福岡リート投資法人（FRC）が保有する小嶺台コミュニティモールを売却することを発表した。物件は、FRCが平成17年12月に取得した北九州市の郊外型商業施設。テナント全4社のうち(株)協和ビジネスの3月5日退去により、売却することとなった。売却先は、オリジネーターである福岡地所が設立するSPC。
