福岡リート投資法人が、第3期（平成18年2月期）決算及び第4期（平成18年8月期）業績予想を発表した。第3期は、オフィスビル1棟、商業施設1棟、及びSPCの匿名組合出資持分を取得した。これによって第3期は2月に発表した業績予想修正を更に上回り、1口当たり分配金は18,438円となった。第4期はオフィスビル1棟を取得し増収が見込める一方、平成17年に取得した物件の固定資産税・都市計画税の費用負担が発生すること等から、前期比2%の減益、1口当たり予想分配金は18,200円となる見通し。
