福岡リート投資法人が第4期(平成18年8月期)決算を発表した。第4期は、オフィスビル1棟を取得し、前期比1%増益、1口当たり分配金は18,632円となった。第5期(平成19年2月期)は、商業施設2棟、レジデンス1棟を取得し、6%増益となる一方、投資口15,000口の増加に伴い、1口当たり分配金は17,000円と8%減少する見通し。
