福岡リート投資法人が福岡の商業施設を取得することを発表。物件は、福岡市中心部から西へ5キロ、幹線道路沿いにある昭和51年竣工の商業施設。旧ダイエーの店舗を株式会社マイカル九州が現在リニューアルしており、平成19年春にサティとして開業予定。福岡リート投資法人取得後は、マイカル九州と12年間の定期借家契約を締結する。売上歩合賃料制を採用し、テナントの一定以上の売上に対し一部を賃料収入とする。
