平和不動産リート投資法人が、「HF八丁堀レジデンスⅢ」を8月に売却する。 売却する物件は、中央区新川に位置する、2004年竣工、15階建の、単身者及びDINKS向けマンション。築19年である点や、直近の鑑定価格及び簿価を上回る価格で売却できる点から売却を決定した。売却額は13億円。 これにより2023年11月期に売却益602百万円が計上されるが、業績予想の修正はなし。
