平和不動産リート投資法人（HFR）が、住宅1物件、オフィスビル2物件を取得する。3物件の取得額は計40億円。 住宅は、地下鉄入谷駅より徒歩3分に位置する、2016年竣工、12階建の単身者及びDINKS向けマンション。総戸数33戸、10月末時点の稼働率は93.44％。 オフィスビル1物件は、10月に持分を取得した立川市にあるファーレイーストビル。今回は区分所有権10.26％を追加取得し、これによりHFRの所有割合は23.06％となる。 オフィスビルもう1物件は、地下鉄御堂筋線江坂駅より徒歩3分、2008年竣工、9階建。10月末のテナントは6社、稼働率は100％。 これら3物件取得に伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
