平和不動産リート投資法人が、福岡市に保有する住宅を売却する。 売却する物件は、福岡市博多区に位置する、2007年竣工、総戸数47戸の単身者向けマンション。2010年のジャパン・シングルレジデンス投資法人との合併により承継した。ポートフォリオの中で最小規模であるため、運営の効率化を考慮し売却を決定した。売却額は6.41億円。 これによる売却益244百万円は第40期（2021年11月期）に計上され分配金に加算されるが、業績予想の修正はなし。
