平和不動産リート投資法人（HFR）が、住宅とオフィスビルを取得する。2物件の取得額は計23.1億円。 住宅は、埼玉県草加市、東武線獨協大学前より徒歩9分に位置する、2010年竣工、5階建の単身者向けマンション。総戸数99戸。一括貸の契約期間が満了したため、8月末の稼働率は66％であるが、9月末の取得時には88％まで上昇する見込み。取得額は13億円。 オフィスビルは、JR立川駅より徒歩6分に位置する、1994年竣工、12階建のオフィスビル。8月末時点のテナントは2社、稼働率は100％。HFRは区分所有権（持分割合12.81％）を取得する。取得額は10.1億円。なお、本物件のその他の区分所有権の一部を野村不動産マスターファンド投資法人が保有している。
