平和不動産リート投資法人が、港区に保有する住宅を売却する。 売却する物件は、港区三田にある、2003年竣工、7階建のマンション。 2010年のジャパン・シングルレジデンス投資法人との合併時に承継した物件のため、含み益が多いこと、また圧縮記帳と税会不一致を活用し内部留保が可能な点から売却を決定した。売却額は11.3億円。売却益の一部を分配するが、 残額を内部留保するため、業績予想の修正はなし。
