平和不動産リート投資法人（HFR）が、大阪の住宅を売却する。 物件は地下鉄東梅田駅より徒歩5分に位置する、2003年竣工、25階建の高層マンション。HFRは2010年の合併時に本物件を承継した。 含み益を上回る売却価格で売却できる点、商業エリアに位置し景気変動の影響を受けやすい点、築17年経過し将来的な収益力低下リスク等を背景に売却を決定した。売却額は26.2億円。売却先は非開示。 本売却に伴い、第38期（2020年11月期）に売却益878百万円を計上する。売却益の一部を分配し、残額を内部留保する予定。業績予想への反映は、7月15日公表予定の決算短信にて併せて開示する予定。
