平和不動産リート投資法人が、物件入替えを発表した。物件入替えによって資産規模の拡大、NOIの増加、平均築年数の低下、売却益が得られる観点から、入替えを行う。 取得する物件は、JR総武線錦糸町駅より徒歩2分に位置する、1986年竣工、8階建のオフィスビル。2018年に大規模リニューアル工事を実施済。8月末時点のテナントは10社、稼働率は100％。取得額は28.4億円。 一方、売却する物件は、品川区東五反田に位置する、1980年竣工のオフィスビル。売却額は15.5億円。簿価との差額は253百万円。 本物件入替えに伴う業績予想の修正はなし。
