平和不動産リート投資法人が、第31期（平成29年5月期）決算を発表した。 第31期は、「アクロス新川ビル」等4物件を取得する一方「HF中目黒ビルディング」を売却した。4物件取得や既存物件の稼働率上昇により賃貸収益が増加。更に前期の物件売却損や減損損失がなくなったため、前期比84.9％増益。一時差異等調整積立金より40百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は2,017円と前期を7.1％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは100物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,666億円、有利子負債比率は44.4％。 第32期（平成29年11月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働や、既存物件の賃料増額が寄与し、前期比0.4％増益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金より40百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は2,025円となる見通し。 第33期（平成30年5月期）は、オフィスビルの減収を見込む一方、レジデンスの増収により、1口当たり分配金は2,025円となる見通し。 中期的な目標として、1口当たり分配金2,250円、資産規模2,000億円を掲げる。
