平和不動産リート投資法人（HFR）が、オフィスビルの取得及び売却を行う。 取得する物件は、JR常磐線北千住駅より徒歩2分に位置する、平成16年竣工、26階建の複合施設（HFRの専有持分割合は10.98％）。取得額は16.5億円。 一方、売却する物件は、目黒区中目黒にある、昭和63年竣工のオフィスビル。売却額は22億円。簿価との差額は-668百万円となる。売却は第31期（平成29年5月期）であるが、減損損失約733百万円を第30期（平成28年11月期）に計上する。 これに伴い第30期業績予想を修正。上記の減損損失に加え、10月に売却した渋谷AXヒルズの売却損52百万円を反映し、7月に公表した業績予想に対し41.6％減益を見込むが、内部留保を取り崩すことにより、1口当たり分配金は1,852円と変わらない見通し。
