平和不動産リート投資法人が物件の入替えを発表した。取得する物件は、都内のオフィスビル1棟、仙台のレジデンス2棟の計3棟、取得額は計52.5億円。一方、売却する物件はスーパーホテル4棟、売却額は計45.6億円。これにより保有物件のうちホテルは全てなくなり、オフィスビルとレジデンスを中心としたポートフォリオ構成を推進する。これに伴い第28期（平成27年11月期）業績予想を修正。ホテル4棟売却による売却益542百万円が寄与し前回予想比27.3％増益を見込むが、うち446百万円を内部留保とするため、1口当たり分配金は1,742円と修正なし。
