平和不動産リート投資法人が、第27期（平成27年5月期）決算を発表した。第27期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、オフィスビル3棟、レジデンス1棟を取得する一方、オフィスビル1棟を売却。賃貸損益は前期比7.8％増加するも、KCAビルの売却損560百万円計上により、前期比26％減益。内部留保より545百万円を取り崩し、投資口数が7.9％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は1,742円と前期を2.3％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは95棟、資産規模（取得額計）は1,550億円、有利子負債比率は43.1％。第28期（平成27年11月期）は、前期の物件売却損がなくなるため、前期比47.2％増益を見込み、内部留保を活用せず1口当たり分配金は1,719円となる見通し。
