平和不動産リート投資法人が第26期(平成26年11月期)決算を発表した。第26期は物件取得はなし。支払利息や融資関連費用の減少により、前期比3.9%増益。内部留保を活用せず1口当たり分配金は1,703円と前期を2%上回った。期末のポートフォリオは92棟、資産規模(取得額計)は1,476億円、有利子負債比率は43.8%。第27期(平成27年5月期)は、投資口の追加発行を行い「台和上野ビル」等4棟を取得。これにより前期比10.4%を見込む。投資口数が7.9%増加するも1口当たり分配金は1,742円と前期を2.3%上回る見通し。続く第28期(平成27年11月期)1口当たり分配金は1,711円となる見通し。
