平和不動産リート投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は66,400口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し3,300口。これにより発行後の投資口数は7.9％増の951,147口となる予定。調達額は約56億円を見込み、併せて発表した4棟の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、都内のオフィスビル3棟、仙台のレジデンス1棟の計4棟、取得額は計91億円。これによりポートフォリオの規模は6.2％増の1,568億円となる。これらに伴い第27期（平成27年5月期）及び第28期（平成27年11月期）業績予想を発表。第27期は、4棟取得が寄与し前期予想比11％増益を見込み、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は1,735円と前期予想を3％上回る見通し。続く第28期は、固都税の増加等により前期予想比2％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は1,701円となる見通し。
