平和不動産リート投資法人が第24期（平成25年11月期）決算を発表した。第24期は、都内のレジデンス1棟を取得する一方、地方のレジデンス3棟を売却した。物件売却益19百万円計上、修繕費の減少等により前期比10%増益、物件売却益相当額を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は1,654円となった。第25期（平成26年5月期）は投資口の追加発行によりオフィスビル3棟を取得。これにより前期比6%増益を見込む。内部留保より54百万円を取り崩し、投資口数が10%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は1,670円と前期を1%上回る見通し。続く第26期（平成26年11月期）は、内部留保を活用せず、1口当たり分配金は1,670円となる見通し。
