平和不動産リート投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は81,900口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し4,100口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は10.8%増の881,447口となる。調達額は62.8億円を見込み、併せて発表したオフィスビル3棟の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、名古屋、東京、仙台のオフィスビル。3棟の取得額は計95億円。売り主はスポンサーである平和不動産。これに伴い第25期（平成26年5月期）及び第26期（平成26年11月期）業績予想を発表した。第25期は上記3棟取得が寄与し、前期予想比7.8%増益、内部留保より54百万円を取り崩し、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は1,670円と前期予想を1%上回る見通し。続く第26期は修繕費や支払利息の減少を見込み、前期予想比3.9%増益、内部留保を活用せず1口当たり分配金は1,670円となる見通し。
