平和不動産リート投資法人（HFR）が都内のオフィスビル2棟に投資するSPCの匿名組合出資持分を取得することを発表。2棟の鑑定価格は計5,070百万円。HFRの出資額は140百万円。これにより2棟の取得に関わる優先交渉権を取得する。優先交渉権の行使期限は平成27年6月。一方、HFRは保有するレジデンス2棟を売却する。売却する物件は、札幌と福岡のレジデンス。2棟の売却額は計925.4百万円。簿価との差額は88百万円となり、売却益が発生するが、税務上の繰越欠損金を活用し内部留保とする予定。
