平和不動産リート投資法人が第23期（平成25年5月期）決算を発表した。第23期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、3棟を取得。これにより前期比15%増益。投資口数が14%増加するも、剰余金より93百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,640円と前期を5%上回った。期末の有利子負債比率は44.2%。第24期（平成25年11月期）は、修繕費の減少等により前期比8.6%増益。剰余金を活用せず、1口当たり分配金は1,652円と前期を0.7%上回る見通し。
