平和不動産リート投資法人が第22期（平成24年11月期）決算を発表。第22期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与し前期比1.7%増収となるも、修繕費の増加等により2.2%減益、内部留保より36百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,560円となった。第23期（平成25年5月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、オフィスビル2棟、底地1件を取得。これによる増収及び支払利息の減少を見込み7.9%増益、投資口数が14%増加するも、内部留保より172百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,640円と前期を5%上回る見通し。続く第24期（平成25年11月期）は内部留保の活用を見込まず、1口当たり分配金が1,600円となる見通し。
