平和不動産リート投資法人（HFR）が投資口の追加発行を行う。HFRの公募増資は2005年以来7年ぶりで、2010年合併後初めてとなる。発行口数は90,500口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出9,050口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は14%増の795,447口となる見込み。調達資金は約50億円を見込み、併せて取得を発表した3件の取得資金に充当する。取得する物件は、神戸と名古屋のオフィスビルと都内のオフィスビルの底地。3件の取得額は計61億円。売り主はスポンサーである平和不動産。これにより第23期（平成25年5月期）及び第24期（平成25年11月期）業績予想を発表。第23期は上記3棟の賃貸収益が寄与し、前期予想比14%増益。投資口数が14%増加するが、剰余金より172百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,640円と前期予想を5%上回る見通し。続く第24期は、剰余金を活用せず1口当たり分配金は1,600円となる見通し。
