平和不動産リート投資法人が第21期（平成24年5月期）決算を発表した。第21期は名古屋のオフィスビルを取得。これにより前期比2.7%増収となるも、管理委託費、修繕費、融資関連費用等の増加により2.1%減益。内部留保より5百万円を取り崩し、分配金総額1,078百万円、1口当たり分配金は1,550円となった。第22期（平成24年11月期）は、増収を見込むも、修繕費や減価償却費の増加等により7.7%減益。内部留保より95百万円を取り崩し、分配金総額1,085百万円、1口当たり分配金は1,560円となる見通し。
