平和不動産リート投資法人が第20期（平成23年11月期）決算を発表した。第20期は、八丁堀SFビルの持分を追加取得。前期比5.2%減収となるも、前期の物件売却損がなくなるため、当期利益は1,095百万円。内部留保を活用せず1口当たり分配金は1,574円となった。第21期（平成24年5月期）は、修繕費及びリーシングコストが増加することから5.2%減益。内部留保より39百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は1,550円となる見通し。
