平和不動産リート投資法人が第18期（平成22年11月期）決算を発表した。第18期は平成22年10月1日にジャパン・シングルレジデンス投資法人と合併し、レジデンス及びホテル計43棟を承継した。これに伴い経常利益ベースで前期比21%増益、合併に伴う負ののれん10,026百万円を計上し、当期利益は10,868百万円。分配原資は、負ののれんより114百万円を充当し956百万円。投資口4分割に伴い1口当たり分配金は1,375円となった。第19期（平成23年5月期）は合併受入資産の通期稼働により経常利益ベースで17%増益、1口当たり分配金は1,425円となる見通し。
