クレッシェンド投資法人が第17期（平成22年5月期）決算を発表。第17期はオフィスビル1棟を取得。賃貸収益は減少するも、前期の物件売却損がなくなったことにより、前期比79%増益、1口当たり分配金は5,268円となった。第18期（平成22年11月期）は、このまま推移すると前期比5%減益、1口当たり分配金は5,000円となる見通し。但し、10月1日を効力日としてジャパン・シングルレジデンス投資法人と合併及び投資口分割を予定しており、合併及び投資口分割を考慮した場合、1口当たり分配金は1,375円（投資口分割前換算5,500円）となる見通し。
