8966 HEIWA REAL ESTATE REIT, Inc.

クレッシェンド投資法人とジャパン・シングルレジデンス投資法人が合併契約を締結

クレッシェンド投資法人(CIC)とジャパン・シングルレジデンス投資法人(JSR)が10月1日を効力日として合併することを発表した。CICが吸収合併存続法人となり、JSRは解散となる。合併比率はCIC:JSR=1:0.75。端数投資主を考慮し、CICは合併に際し投資口を4分割する。これによりJSRの投資口1口に対し、分割後のCIC投資口3口を割当交付する。併せてCICの資産運用会社がJSRの資産運用会社の全株式を取得する。合併後のCICの資産規模は、取得額の単純合計で約1,500億円となる。
