クレッシェンド投資法人がスポンサーの平和不動産を割当先とする第三者割当増資を発表。発行口数は23,238口、1口当たり発行価額は129,100円。これによる調達資金30億円は、10月30日を償還期限とする投資法人債200億円に、別途借入金と併せ充当する。第三者割当増資及び投資法人債償還後の有利子負債比率は37.6%の見込み。一方、保有する商業施設「エムズ原宿」の敷地一部が都市計画道路の事業対象地となっているため、都に収用され、売却益が発生することを発表。第三者割当増資による1口当たり利益の希薄を売却益と相殺することにより、第16期（平成21年11月期）業績予想の修正はなし。また、資産運用会社の全株式を平和不動産が取得することを発表。平和不動産が単独スポンサーとなることで、業務提携の強化や財務体質の改善を図る見通し。
