クレッシェンド投資法人が第15期（平成21年5月期）決算を発表した。第15期は物件の取得はなし。前期の物件売却益がなくなったため、前期比14%減益、1口当たり分配金は8,841円となった。第16期（平成21年11月期）は、保有物件2棟の売却を予定。これに伴う売却損375百万円の計上により67%減益、1口当たり分配金は2,883円となる見通し。10月末に償還期限を迎える投資法人債200億円のリファイナンスは、上記物件売却による手元資金120億円を充当。残金80億円は、新規借入に向け金融機関やスポンサーと交渉を進めている。
