クレッシェンド投資法人が新宿区に保有するオフィスビルを売却することを発表。前回発表した恵比寿スクエアの売却同様、投資法人債の償還のための有利子負債圧縮を目的とする。売却価格と簿価の差額は-66百万円。売却損は第16期（平成21年11月期）に計上される。第16期業績予想は、7月24日の第15期（平成21年5月期）決算発表時に併せて発表される予定だが、2棟分の売却損及び賃貸収益減を併せ、約494百万円縮小する見通し。
