クレッシェンド投資法人（CIC）は、保有するオフィスビル1棟を売却する。CICは、10月30日償還期限の投資法人債200億円の資金調達が喫緊の課題であることを認識し、物件売却により有利子負債の低減を図る。売却価格と簿価の差額は-77百万円となり、売却損が発生する。売却による賃貸収益の減少及び売却損を反映した第16期（平成21年11月期）業績予想は第15期（平成21年5月期）決算発表時に併せて公表予定。また、CICは有利子負債圧縮のため、今後も物件売却を行っていく方向。
