クレッシェンド投資法人が第14期（平成20年11月期）決算を発表した。第14期は、1棟取得及び1棟売却を行った。賃貸収益が増加する一方、物件売却益の減少及び固都税の増加等により前期比4.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は10,342円となった。第15期（平成21年5月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなることや、支払利息の増加等により14.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は8,810円となる見通し。
