クレッシェンド投資法人が第13期（平成20年5月期）決算を発表した。第13期は4棟取得及び1棟売却を行った。賃貸収入は増加したが、予定していた物件売却が売却先の親会社の破綻により解除となり、物件売却益が前期を下回った。このため前期比21.5%減益、1口当たり分配金は10,865円となった。第14期（平成20年11月期）は、1棟取得及び1棟売却を予定。物件売却益が減少するため、前期比6.3%減益、1口当たり分配金は10,180円となる見通し。
