クレッシェンド投資法人(CIC)がアドバンス・レジデンス投資法人(ADR)へ学生寮「和光学生ハイツ」を売却する。CICが売却を発表した1月当初は、ADRのスポンサーである伊藤忠商事が物件調査のために一時保有する予定であったが、直接ADRへ売却することとなった。売却価格等変更はなし。REIT間の物件売買はスフィアタワー天王洲(グローバル・ワン不動産投資法人が阪急リート投資法人へ一部売却)以来2件目。
