クレッシェンド投資法人が第11期（平成19年5月期）決算を発表した。第11期は、11棟を取得及び保有物件4棟を売却した。売却益806百万円が寄与し、前期比96%増益。モルガン・スタンレーグループと業務提携を行い同社等に第三者割当増資を行い、1口当たり分配金は13,659円と、前期を9%上回った。第12期（平成19年11月期）は、5棟の取得及び3棟の売却を予定。第11期に取得した物件の通期稼働を併せ、第12期は、前期比0.7%増益、1口当たり分配金は13,761円となる見通し。
