クレッシェンド投資法人（CIC）がモルガン・スタンレー・グループと業務提携をすることを発表した。CICの資産運用会社であるカナル投信は、MSグループであるモルガン・スタンレー・プロパティーズ・ジャパンとパイプライン契約を締結し、物件取得ルートを強化する。併せて、CICは、MSグループ・東洋プロパティ含め全10社に対し、第三者割当による投資口全48,161口を発行し、約280億円を調達する。発行後の投資口数は80%増の108,653口となる。調達資金は上記の物件取得資金に充当。 第三者割当による発行投資口のうち28,380口は本年11月29日まで、残余口は本年8月29日までの売却制限と、CICが同族会社認定を受けないよう売却先制限が付されている。発行価額は5月18日終値×0.9とし、10％ディスカウント。発行価格の算定方式は、通常の公募増資における2%ディスカウントや同様の業務提携を行ったエルシーピー投資法人及びビ・ライフ投資法人の場合の増資直前終値平均とは異なる。
