クレッシェンド投資法人が、保有する住居1棟を売却することを発表した。同社の物件売却は初。要因として ・売却物件がポートフォリオの中で最小規模 ・前期末（2005/11末）の評価額を上回っていること ・売却により運用効率の向上が可能なこと を記載している。なお売却益は来期（平成18年11月期）に計上される予定であり、その影響は今期（平成18年5月期）の決算発表の際に開示する予定。
