ニューシティ・レジデンス投資法人（NCR）が民事再生手続きの再申請を行った。NCRは9月18日に大和ハウス及びビ・ライフ投資法人（BLI）と再生支援に関する基本合意を締結しており、再生手続き開始が決定すれば、BLIによる吸収合併、大和ハウス工業もしくは同社指定の第三者への第三者割当増資、再生債権元本等全額の分割弁済を内容とする再生計画案を提出する予定。
